This is for a CD of YOUR CHILD’S BAND from ALL THE Major Concerts and Contests this school year.
The CD’s are available by a PRE-ORDER ONLY and will be delivered to the school in May BEFORE the last day of school.
This is not a fundraiser for us. As a matter of fact, the cost of the recording is subsidized by the Fowler MS Band Boosters to make it affordable for EVERY Band Student to purchase one.
Note: Beginners: This is NOT for the Beginning Band Concerts.
Cost is only $18.00 per CD - Make Checks payable to “Fowler MS Band” and send this form in with your check.
Be sure and designate the quantity and WHICH Band CD you are purchasing.
